Udaeta is a contemporary sculptor who uses traditional techniques working with cast iron, corten steel and bronze. A virtuoso of form, Udaeta transforms metals into sculptures, imbued with poetic soul, strong, intense and essential, his work is understandable and resounding thanks to the conceptual clarity with which he approaches the creative process, which is based partly on experience and partly on history.
Udaeta studied and began his career in the field of Industrial Design, working in Europe and Canada until 1980, when he moved to Sant Feliu de Guíxols to dedicate himself to sculpture. From there he creates his pieces for Private Collections, Public Spaces, Museums and Foundations.
